FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

  • Family sessions are $750 and are all inclusive — all the best photos (always 50+) yours to download, print, and keep as you wish. Nothing held back. View all prices info here!

  • Your final gallery will be returned to you around 3 weeks after your shoot. I also offer priority turnaround (receive your gallery in 5 days or less) as an optional add-on for $95. I love to send sneak peaks of your gallery directly and on social media, so be sure to check out my Instagram!

  • What you wear to your family session is, ultimately, completely up to you. Wear what makes you feel good, confident, and comfortable. With that being said, as a Dallas family photographer, I recommend families decide on a simple color palette. Whites, neutrals, and soft solid colors will look elegant in any location.

    I offer personalized styling support from the time you book until the date of your session.

  • Most of the time, our preference is to do your family photoshoot without any weather disturbances — but of course, you can't control rain, and photoshoots don't happen every day.

    Here’s the good news: rain doesn’t necessarily ruin your photoshoot. If it does happen to rain on the day of your session, we can reschedule or just roll with it, completely your call. If the weather poses a safety concern for you, I will suggest we reschedule the photoshoot.

  • As a dog-owner myself, I completely understand how important it can be to capture all members of the family, even the four-legged ones! Dogs are 100% welcome to your session, just give me a heads up so I can make sure we choose a dog-friendly location.

AT YOUR SESSION, LET YOUR KIDS LEAD THE WAY

At the heart of my photography philosophy is the belief that kids should lead the way during family sessions. Children are full of energy and curiosity, and when we let them take the lead, magic happens. 

Instead of forcing them into stiff poses or begging them to smile, I encourage kids to be themselves and let their personalities guide the session. Whether that means playing a game of tag, exploring the natural surroundings, or simply running around, I believe that these moments are what make family photography so special.

Your son wants to wander around for a bit? Sounds good, buddy! Your daughter is walking away to go pick some flowers? ADORABLE! Take a breather, mama. Let me worry about your kiddos. Trust me, by empowering your kids and letting them lead for once, we can create authentic, genuine moments that truly capture the essence of your family.
